An open gate is a waste of a gate
Automated gates provide a high level of security to your home or premises. This is the primary reason electric gates are installed. However, that security is compromised when gates are open for any period of time.
Ensuring our client’s systems are reliable and in full working order is paramount in maintaining the level of security expected.
During our initial call out we carry out various checks to determine the cause of the issues and aim to rectify them. If any parts are required to repair the gates, customers will be advised of any additional costs beforehand.
If we are unable to fix the problem during the initial visit, customers will be given a quotation to return to site to repair and get you up and running again asap. Should customers choose to go ahead and a agree a mutually convenient date within one month for the repair to be carried out, then initial call out fee will be reduced by 50%.
Costs
Call-out charges apply when our engineers attend a property to assess/diagnose and /or repair any reported issues on an automated gate systems and/or related access controls.
Our call-out charges take into consideration travelling to and from the property along with an hourly rate per engineer to attend to the work. Charges are based on visits which are undertaken during our normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 –17.00.
Any call-outs made outside of these hours may be subject to additional fees.
